2.1 You must provide full, complete and correct information about yourself on the order or registration form. If you provide inaccurate, false or misleading data, we have the right to cancel your registration or order or restrict your access to the online shop. If your details change, please update them immediately.

3.1 We use and process your data (email address and telephone number) for the purpose of direct marketing on the basis of your consent, which is expressed by ticking the box indicating that you agree to receive direct marketing communications in the registration form of the KREIDOSLIUTAI.LT website;

If you do not fill in the required registration fields, BENGUS, UAB will not be able to create your account.

  1. Candidates’ personal data

7.1 We process the personal data (name and surname, email address, CV, cover letter, position and other data provided) of candidates who have sent their CV directly to us by email or via job portals, or who have submitted their CV via the KREIDOSLIUTAI.LT website, in order to enable us to carry out the selection process for the position. We process this personal data of candidates on the basis of consent. We keep candidates’ personal data for as long as the selection process for a specific position is ongoing. For longer periods, the data will only be stored if the consent of the candidate is obtained.

7.2 In making selections for a job position, we only process candidates’ personal data that relate to qualifications, professional skills and business characteristics. We do not collect or process candidates’ special personal data.

  1. Data retention period

8.1 We process and store all your personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes set out in this policy.

8.2 We will retain your registration data for as long as you have a valid account on the KREIDOSLIUTAI.LT website

8.3 We keep your enquiry data for as long as the enquiry is being dealt with and for 3 years after the advice is given.

8.4 At the end of the selection period for a specific job position at BENGUS, UAB, we delete CVs and other data sent by candidates, unless we have received the candidate’s consent to process his/her personal data for a longer period of time in order to be able to offer the job position. In this case, we will keep the candidate’s personal data for up to 1 year from the moment we receive such data.

  1. Transfer of data

9.1 We may transfer your personal data for processing to third parties who provide delivery, provision of goods or services ordered by you on KREIDOSLIUTAI.LT online stores or other services related to the proper execution of your order. We may transfer your personal data to third parties who assist us in the administration of the KREIDOSLIUTAI.LT online shop and the storage of the data contained therein, as well as to providers of direct marketing services. Request BENGUS, UAB to allow access to and rectification or erasure of the data or to restrict processing;

the right to object to the processing of your data;

the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and computer-readable format (right to data portability);

the right to lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate.

14.1 This Privacy Policy is effective from 10-01-2021. If we change this Privacy Policy, we will post an updated version on the KREIDOSLIUTAI.LT website. Changes and/or additions to the Privacy Policy shall come into force from the moment of their publication on the KREIDOSLIUTAI.LT online shop.
