Furniture primer Chalk-IT 0,75l

CHALK-IT primer is a white water-based formulation designed to coat difficult to paint surfaces before chalk paint application. The primer improves paint adhesion on smooth and glossy surfaces such as glass, ceramic tiles, PVC, varnished wood, furniture boards, etc. It prevents stains caused by the release of tannins from wood (oak, chestnut, exotic woods). Reduces paint consumption and facilitates the application of intense colours.

Substrate preparation:

The surface to be painted must be clean, firm, dry and free of dust and dirt. If necessary, clean the surface with CHALK-IT degreaser or, if the substrate is very smooth and glossy, sand it with sandpaper.

Instructions for use:

CHALK-IT primer is ready to use immediately and does not need to be diluted further. Painting should be carried out at a temperature of 10-30 oC. Mix thoroughly before use. Apply two coats of primer to the prepared surface with a brush or paint roller, avoiding build-up and staining. Apply the second coat after the first one has dried (after about 1 hour).

ATTENTION: During and after priming in the house, ventilate the room until the smell disappears.

Store at 5-25oC in a dry place, tightly sealed in the original packaging. Keep out of the cold and direct sunlight.
